A journey through Bikram yoga, strength training, and Paleo eating.
I'm Whitney, I'm 25, and I'm obsessed with yoga.. and have a relationship with bacon. March 15th I completed a 60 day challenge at my Bikram studio for 2 months of consecutive yoga. June 1st I started the Whole30 challenge, 30 whole days of eating Paleo.
Currently I'm doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer while following the Whole30 eating plan, and squeezing in Bikram sesh's with runs in the sun on the beach.
I want to lose weight. I want to be healthier. I want to eat cleaner. I want to push myself further in my practice than I ever thought I could. I want to be the best me I can be.
